How we collect, use and protect the personal information you share with us through this website.

Who we are
Khuluma Digital is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We are based at CNR Northumberland & Felstead Rd, Northriding, Johannesburg, 2162, and can be reached on 081 745 7909 or info@khulumadigital.co.za.

What we collect
When you request an assessment or quote, we collect:
- your name, company, work email and phone number;
- the solution you are interested in; and
- the page of this website you submitted the request from.
If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive whatever details you choose to share. This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.

Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange a site assessment, which are steps you have asked us to take before any agreement is concluded. We do not sell your information, and we will not send you marketing unless you agree to it.

Who we share it with
- Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and receives quote form submissions on our behalf. Netlify stores data outside South Africa, so your information is transferred across borders subject to Netlify鈥檚 data processing terms.
- WhatsApp (Meta) processes messages you send us through WhatsApp.
- When a page loads, your browser requests fonts from Google Fonts and, on some pages, scripts from cdnjs (Cloudflare). These providers receive your IP address and basic browser information.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you. If you become a client, we keep them for the duration of our relationship and any period the law requires. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months.

How we protect it
This website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to enquiry records is limited to the Khuluma Digital team members who need them to respond to you.

Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above and our Information Officer will respond. If you are unhappy with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
