Retention is designed per policy and disk budget — typically 14–90 days depending on camera count, resolution, and compliance needs. We size NVR/storage during the assessment.
Can this work offline if internet drops?
Yes. Recording continues on local NVR. Remote viewing and cloud features resume when connectivity returns; critical sites can add secondary WAN or LTE backup.
How do you handle POPIA / privacy?
We design role-based access, limit who can export footage, and document retention/signage considerations with your privacy owner. Architecture is POPIA-aligned — legal advice remains yours.
Do biometrics integrate with HR systems?
Many deployments map users from HR/AD via CSV or API connectors depending on platform. We confirm integration options against your stack during design.
